Sick rose
Bought in October ..potted ..along with 30 others.. did not flower the yr. after & went downhills there after..rude attitude & no customer care knowledge of owner put me off buying a list of 15 more with list in hand.. took my custom elsewhere..extremely rude towards their customer

The rose was purchased in May 2024 not October, part of an order of 5 roses, potted in full leaf and bud. It was very healthy when supplied. We try to provide help and advice to our customers, however we will not repsond to coercion. Unfortunately, there are many variables out of our control that can cause a rose not to thrive in the 12 months the rose was not in our care.
