Bought as a bare root in winter. In spring was a wee bit sickly-black marks on a few stems. Cut those down and now I have AMAZING velvety cherry/red/violet colour bloom. Scented but smells like lipstick to me🤭🤭🤭 My man quietly tolerate my flowers but that’s the only one he truly likes 👊 Picture makes more red,but it’s MUCH more amazing than it looks.
