The rose was purchased in April 2024 (not October) potted and in full leaf with good growth. It was part of an order for 4 roses and was very healthy when supplied. We try to provide help and advice to our customers; however, we will not repsond to coercion and aggressive behaviour. Unfortunately, there are many variables out of our control that can cause a rose not to thrive in the 12 months after it left our care.
